Private Single Class
Private single classes are designed for individuals new to Pilates, working through an injury, looking to improve form, or prefer the individualized attention. Instructors at Mauro Pilates offer an incredibly customized experience for our private clients. As one of our private clients, you can expect to be asked every time you come in the studio how your body is feeling, what level of challenge you are wanting, whether there are specific areas or exercises you are wanting to work on and even whether there is a specific piece of equipment (or pieces) you would like to use.
Private Duo Class
Private duo classes are designed for those wanting the individualized attention and specificity of a private and also want to share that time with a friend or loved one – in fact, we have many couples that choose the duo classes. We also have clients who would like individualized attention and are unable to afford the private rate. In these instances we will pair two clients who are at a similar level for a duo class.
Private Trio Class
Private trio classes have a similar feel to our group classes and are typically three friends who have formed a group at a time that works for each of them to workout. As with all sessions at Mauro Pilates, you can still expect to be asked about how you are feeling and any particular requests you have and everyone’s requests will be weaved into the session.
Equipment classes at Mauro Pilates offer a unique combination of creativity (expect to do new exercises and moves regularly – you will NOT plateau with us!), customization, and challenge. We regularly hear from clients who have been coming to the studio for years that it never gets easier and that sessions are never the same. Instructors at Mauro Pilates know you are looking for a hard workout that will also make you feel good and you will receive both in all of our classes.
30 Min. Thursday
At Mauro Pilates we understand that sometimes you want a little extra abdominal or glute work. Or maybe you want extra cardio. Each month we listen to your requests and change the themes of the classes to match your current goals (past class examples: Cardio, Sculpted Arms, Booty + Inner Thigh). We also know life can get busy and 30 minutes is all you have to spare while others of you crave a little extra so we stack three or four 30-min classes back to back so you can have as much Pilates as you want.
90 Min Pilates Bootcamp
Mauro Pilates offers bi-monthly 90 Minute Pilates Bootcamp Classes that are the perfect fusion of boot camp intensity combined with elements of Pilates like muscular balance and alignment. Our Bootcamp Classes combine Jumpboard and other cardiovascular elements with full body toning exercises for a highly effective workout. Bonus: no one will yell at you and you’ll walk out smiling!
