Beverly uses her dance, physical therapy, and Pilates background to create intense total-body workouts for all ages and body types.  She specializes in rehab, baby boomers, pre- and postnatal women and athletes. Her latest endeavor includes pursuing a degree in the field of physical therapy in order to incorporate her knowledge of Pilates within a physical therapy setting.  In addition to Pilates, Beverly provides plant-based nutrition and healthy life-style services.  Beverly’s passion to become a healthy dancer led her to the health and wellness profession.
Beverly earned her Mat and Equipment Pilates Certification through The Pilates Studio, Las Vegas, an educational program in the Pilates Method.  Under Master Trainer Gracie Martinez, her certification included 500 lecture, observational, student teaching and personal practice hours with a specialized case study for a semi-pro cyclist.

Beverly creates customized Pilates programs that promote movement and proper biomechanics within a fun and relaxed atmosphere.  She specializes in programs for those who are recovering from injuries, illnesses, pregnancies, surgeries and repairs.  Passionate about helping others, her goal is to help bridge the gap between physical therapy and normal levels of fitness and function for individuals with varying needs.

Clients comment that Beverly is able to give very challenging workouts and keep clients moving all while having a smile on her face.  She has a very peaceful presence so even while pushing people to work; it’s an enjoyable experience. She has the ability to communicate how to do complex exercises so they’re easy to understand without having to stop for more explanation.

Beverly has performed in several shows in Las Vegas and was a member of the 63rd Line of the Kilgore College Rangerettes.  Beverly graduated from Oklahoma City University, Magna Cum Laude, and has a degree in Dance Performance.  Still present in the arts, Beverly has performed in White Christmas and The Who’s TOMMY at ZACH Theatre. Beverly loves Austin’s healthy culture and was nominated as one of Austin’s Best Personal Trainers in Austin Monthly Magazine’s Best of Edition for 2014.

When Beverly is not training clients or studying, she enjoys running around Lady Bird Lake and hiking with her dog Benji.  In her spare time, she loves to cook, read, take boxing lessons, and spend time with family and friends.
