Rev Up Your Metabolism!

I’m a serious juice and smoothie lover so often friends of mine send me different recipes.  Here’s one that was recently sent to me that I just had to share. All good side effects of these drink: tastes great, packed with healthiness, and … best part? Gives your metabolism a boost!

Juice the following ingredients:

1 peeled grapefruit
2 celery stalks
1 inch piece of ginger
1 green apple
6 kale leaves or 1 bunch of bok choy
